ORDINANCE NO. 2467

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I, SECTION 13(b) OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

1. That Article I, Section 13(b), of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

Section 14-13(b). The owner of the premises, as well as the occupant or occupants thereof, shall have thirty (30) days to notify the utility accounting department of any change of building structure and/or use to insure correct monthly charges. The city will be under no obligation to credit or refund any account beyond expiration of the thirty (30) day notification period.
