CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 144 NORTH NINTH STREET

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code, and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 144 NORTH NINTH STREET AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS BEG SW COR LOT 1, BLOCK 108, GRAND JUNCTION N 50 FT. E 75 FT. S 40 FT. W TO PT OF BEG, GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

Is hereby rezoned from RMF-64 to PB.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1990.
