ORDINANCE NO. 2501

AMENDING SECTION 5-11-3.A.4 OF THE ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

Amending Section 5-11-3.A.4 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code, the Use/Compatibility Matrix under "Land Use", by removing churches from the line that includes "Schools, Churches, Hospitals, Libraries" and adding "Churches" as a separate category with the following designations:

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1991.
