ORDINANCE NO. 2515

 

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO TO A ZONE EQUIVALENT TO THE FORMER ZONING CLASSIFICATION

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

In accordance with the zoning and development codes of the City, the zoning of the lands described below is changed as follows:

 

# 18-91 Woodsmoke, Lot 1

 

That the real property situated and lying within section 7, 1 S. 1 E., known as Woodsmoke lot 1 and as recorded at Book 13, Page 150, 151 and 152 in the public records in and for the County of Mesa, State of Colorado, from zoning classification RSF-4 (Residential Single Family 4 units per acre) to RSF-R (Residential Single Family Rural):

 

# 18-91 Woodsmoke, Lot 2

 

That the real property situated and lying within section 7, 1 S. 1 E., known as Woodsmoke lot 2 and as recorded at Book 13, Page 150, 151 and 152 in the public records in and for the County of Mesa, State of Colorado, from zoning classification PR-19 (Planned Residential 19 units per acre) to RSF-R (Residential Single Family Rural).

 

The Zoning for Lots 1 and 2 is subject to the following conditions: Not more than thirteen large agricultural animals, as defined in the zoning code, shall be allowed, kept, grazed, or pastured, on said Lots 1 and 2.

 

The term large agricultural animal is as defined in the Zoning and Development Code of the City of Grand Junction, section 5-10-3B.2.
