ORDINANCE NO. 2520

 

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an easement, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

A utility easement in Lot 1 Block 2 Reservation Subdivision Section 24 T1S R1W and more specifically described as follows:

 

A 10 foot utility easement lying over the south 10 ft. of Lot 1 Block 2 Reservation Subdivision except the West 10 ft. and the Easterly 5 ft. 317 Hopi Drive.

 

is hereby vacated.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1991.
