ORDINANCE NO. 2526

 

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF HORIZON DRIVE AND 12TH STREET, KNOWN AS HORIZON GLEN SUBDIVISION

 

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable provisions of the City's Zoning and Development Code for re-zoning and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the re-zoning request be granted.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANT JUNCTION:

 

That the zoning of the lands herein described be changed as indicated:

 

Proposed lots 1 through 6 and lots 11 through 17, of the proposed Horizon Glen Subdivision, City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, consisting of approximately 8 acres, as described in and on the proposed plat on file with the Community Development Department of the City,

 

Is hereby re-zoned from RSF-4 to PR32-91 at a density of 1.8 units per acre, in accordance with the approved plan and plat.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1991.
