ORDINANCE NO. 2535
VACATING CIDER MILL ROAD IN COLONY PARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating a right-of-way, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, a replat of Colony Park, Filing 1 has been approved by the Planning Commission and includes a dedication of Cider Mill Road in a different location.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
Cider Mill Road as dedicated on the Colony Park, Filing 1 plat as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 58 with the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder,
is hereby vacated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1991.
