VACATING AN EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 2850 1/2 MESA AVENUE
WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an easement, as set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
The east ten (10) feet, except the north ten (10) feet of the east ten (10) feet of an utility easement in lot 18, block 7, Cottonwood Meadows Mobile Home Estates First Addition, according to the plat filed of record with Mesa County Clerk and Recorder at Book 11 page 33
is hereby vacated because it is not necessary for the purpose for which it was dedicated.

PASSED and ADOPTED AFTER SECOND READING THIS 4th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1991.
