ORDINANCE NO. 2538

 

ZONING CERTAIN LANDS ANNEXED TO THE CITY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH AVE. AND 29 ROAD

 

Whereas, the Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code, and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the zoning of Diamond Shamrock Annexation #2 be granted;

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

That the lands herein described be changed as indicated:

 

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Section 17 T1S R1E, Ute Meridian; thence S 89 deg. 45 min. 43 sec. E along the north line of said section 17 170 ft. thence S 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. E 40 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence S 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. E 224 ft. thence N 89 deg. 45 min. 43 sec. W 120 ft. thence N 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. E 224 ft. thence east to the true point of beginning.

 

Is hereby zoned to C-1.
