VACATING AN EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY WITH A STREET ADDRESS OF 275 HOLLY LANE
WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an easement, as set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That certain waterline easement as described and recorded in Book 703 at Page 218 in the Office of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, which is more particularly described as:
The South twenty (20.0) feet of the following described tract of land, to wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the W1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian; thence North 112.0 feet; thence West 177.5 feet; thence South 12.0 feet; thence West 152.5 feet; thence South 100.0 feet; thence East to the Point of Beginning, EXCEPT the East 25.0 feet thereof for road and utilities right-of-way.
is hereby vacated because it is not necessary for the purpose for which it was dedicated.
