ORDINANCE NO. 2572

AMENDING CHAPTER 19, SECTION 19-25 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 19-25(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended as follows:

19-25(2) Enters IN OR upon or refuses to leave any private property of another HAVING BEEN GIVEN NOTICE BY THE OWNER OR PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY that such entry or continued presence is prohibited.

Introduced the 15th day of April, 1992.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1992.
