ORDINANCE NO. 2585

VACATING A PORTION OF THE SOUTH AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN NINTH STREET AND TENTH STREET AT 939 AND 949 SOUTH AVE

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating a right-of-way, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

The south seven feet of the right of way for South Avenue situated immediately north of and adjacent to Lots 7 through 16, Block 157, City of Grand Junction,

is hereby vacated.

Introduced this 3rd day of June, 1992.

Passed and adopted this 1st day of July, 1992.
