ORDINANCE NO. 2592

 

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT THE NW CORNER OF PATTERSON ROAD AND MEANDER DRIVE

 

Whereas the Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

That the lands described on the attached are hereby rezoned from RSF-4 to PB.

 

Passed and adopted this 19th day of August, 1992.

The West 270.00 feet of a tract of land described in Book 1856, Page 212 of the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, Located in part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian.

 

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2592, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of August, 1992, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
