ORDINANCE NO. 2604

 

ZONING CERTAIN LANDS ANNEXED TO THE CITY LOCATED BETWEEN I-70 AND U.S. 6 & 50 EAST OF 22 ROAD

 

Whereas, the Council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development code, and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the zoning of the Grand Junction West Annexation be granted:

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

That the lands described on the attached are hereby zoned I-1 (Light Industrial) and C-2 (Heavy Commercial).

 

Passed and adopted this 7th day of October, 1992.

All of the Grand Junction West Annexation as recorded in Book 1876 Pages 351 through 353 of the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, except Lot 12 of Sellars Sub. Replat No. 1 and except that part of Lots 16 and 17 Smith and Bailey's Riverside Sub. lying North of U.S. Hwy 6 & 50 and East of the Independent Ranchmens Ditch, and except Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the replat of Lot 18 Smith and Bailey's Riverside Subdivision.

 

TO BE ZONED TO C-2

 

Lot 12 of Sellars Sub. Replat No. 1 and that part of lots 16 and 17 Smith and Bailey's Riverside Sub. lying North of U.S. Hwy 6 & 50 and west of the Independent Ranchmens ditch and Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the replat of lot 18, Smith and Bailey's Riverside Subdivision.

 

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2604, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of September, 1992, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
