WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating an easement, set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied:

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

A utility easement in Lot 1, Garfield View Subdivision more specifically described as follows:

 

Beginning on the West line Lot 1, Garfield View Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado from whence the Southwest Corner of said lot 1 bears South 95 ft.; thence north 20 ft.; thence east 125 ft.; thence south 20 ft.; thence west 125 ft. to the point of beginning.

 

is hereby vacated.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1992.
