ORDINANCE NO. 2638

 

 

 CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 1228 GLENWOOD AVENUE

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the requested change of zoning has been proposed and processed in accordance with the provisions of section 4-4 and 4-11 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code; and

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request to C-1 be denied but that a zoning change to P (Parking) be granted;

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

 That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 

 The west 11 feet of Lot 28 and all of Lots 29 and 30, Block 1, Devoe Subdivision, City of Grand Junction

 

 Is hereby zoned P (Parking).

 

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of January, 1993.
