ORDINANCE NO. 2640

 CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 1300 BLOCK OF COLORADO AVENUE.

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the requested change of zoning has been proposed and processed in accordance with the provisions of section 4-4 and 4-11 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code; and

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request be granted;

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 Lots 3 through 12 Block N, Keith's Addition, City of Grand Junction

 Is hereby zoned B-1.
