ORDINANCE NO. 2643

 

 

 CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 634 and 636 TELLER AVENUE.

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the requested change of zoning has been proposed and processed in accordance with the provisions of section 4-4 and 4-11 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code; and

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code and that the Planning Commission has recommended that the rezoning request to RMF-32 be granted;

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 

 That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 

 Lots 21 and 22 Block 17, City of Grand Junction

 

 Is hereby zoned RMF-32.

 

 

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1993.
