ORDINANCE NO. 2670

 VACATING TWO ALLEYS ON PROPERTY WITH

 A STREET ADDRESS OF 330 WHITE AVENUE

WHEREAS, the requirements for vacating rights-of-way, as set forth in section 8-3 of the Zoning and Development Code, have been satisfied; and

 WHEREAS, a replat of Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Lots 23 through 32 inclusive, and alley, all of Block 80 in the City of Grand Junction, has been approved by the Planning Commission and includes dedication of a new north-south alley.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the north-south and remaining portion of east-west alleyways located in the eastern portion of Block 80, City of Grand Junction more specifically described on the Replat of Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Lots 23 through 32 inclusive, and alley, Block 80, City of Grand Junction,

are hereby vacated subject to the Replat of Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Lots 23 through 32 inclusive, and alley, Block 80, City of Grand Junction, as approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission on March 9, 1993, being recorded with the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.
