ORDINANCE NO. 2676

 

 

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 1212 BOOKCLIFF AVENUE

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the requested change of zoning has been proposed and processed in accordance with the provisions of section 4-4 and 4-11 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code; and

 

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the applicant has complied

with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code;

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND

JUNCTION

 

 That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 

 That part of Lot 29 in Block 9 of Fairmount Subdivision lying south of the Grand Valley Canal; except the east 135 feet thereof.

 

 Is hereby zoned PB (Planned Business).

 

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1993.
