ORDINANCE NO. 2677

CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 1200 BLOCK COLORADO AVE.

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the requested change of zoning has been proposed and processed in accordance with the provisions of section 4-4 and 4-11 of the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code; and

 WHEREAS, the council finds that the applicant has complied with applicable regulations of the City's Development Code;

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

 That the zoning category on the following lands be changed as indicated:

 Lots 3 through 16 Block M, Keith Addition, City of Grand Junction.

 Is hereby zoned B-1.

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1993.
