CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

 

       ORDINANCE No. 2712

 

   Ordinance Zoning Property Located at 128 Teller Ave.    

   

 

 

Recitals.

 

 A rezoning has been requested on the subject property from PB to RMF-32. In evaluating the request in conformance with section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code the City Council determines that the Planned Business zoning is no longer appropriate since the property is, and has been, used as a single family residence. The requested RMF-32 zone is compatible with the surrounding zoning.

 After public notice and public hearing as required by the Zoning and Development Code, the Grand Junction Planning Commission recommends approval of the rezoning.

 

 The City Council finds that the requested rezoning is in conformance with the stated requirement of Section 4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

 

Lots 17 and 18, Block 12, City of Grand Junction are hereby zoned RMF-32.
