ORDINANCE NO. 2719

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SEWER RATES

 OF THE JOINT SEWER SYSTEM

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1.  That the following section of Section 25-44 of Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as indicated:

 A.  That subsection 25-44(b) is amended to read:

 "(b)  Beginning with the first billings sent out January 15, 1994, the total rate per E.Q.U. will be eleven dollars ($11.00) for all users situated within or without the boundaries of the City of Grand Junction."
