REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 910 N. 9TH STREET
AND 906 HILL AVENUE FROM PZ TO RSF-8
RECITALS:
The properties located at 910 N. 9th Street and 906 Hill Avenue were previously owned by the School District and zoned PZ (public zone). The property has since been sold and homes have been built on the lots. The proposed RSF-8 zone is consistent with the zoning to the east and west of the properties.
The proposed rezoning meets the rezoning criteria as set forth in the Zoning and Development Code. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning at their May 3, 1994 hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That lots 29, 30, 31 and 32, block 25, City of Grand Junction are hereby rezoned from PZ to RSF-8.
