 REZONING LAND LOCATED AT 2892 NORTH AVENUE FROM

 RSF-8 & C-1 TO PC

 

Recitals:

 

   A rezone from RSF-8 (Residential Single Family, 8 units per acre) and C-1 (Light Commercial) to PC (Planned Commercial) has been requested for a property known as 2892 North Avenue to allow the future expansion of an adjacent commercial use. The Planning Commission at their August 2nd hearing and the City Council find that the requirements for a rezone as set forth in Section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code have been satisfied and recommended approval of the rezoning.

 

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 That the land described below is hereby rezoned from RSF-8 & C-1 to PC (Planned Commercial):

 

The West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Township One South, Range One East, Ute Meridian; EXCEPT the West 110 feet and the South 330 feet.
