AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 6-32, DISPOSAL OF MANURE, OF THE

CODE ORDINANCE, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION

RECITALS:

The City Council recognized that it is important to maintain sanitary conditions and to prevent noxious odors from escaping in areas in which livestock are kept. As the desired condition of a property may be achieved by applying Sections 6-31, Cleanliness of Premises and Section 16-57, Nuisances Prohibited, Abatement Authorized, it has been determined that Section 6-32 is redundant and unnecessary.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 6-32 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed.

 Introduced on first reading this 15th day of March, 1995.
