REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2582 F ROAD FROM RSF-4 TO B-1
Recitals:
A rezone from RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - 4 units per acre) to B-1 (Limited Business) has been requested for a property located on F Road to allow for nonresidential development. The City Council finds that the requirements for a rezone as set forth in Section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the land described below is hereby rezoned from RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - 4 units per acre) to B-1 (Limited Business):
Commencing at a point S 89°57' E 181.22' and N 0°01' E 37.14' from the SW corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 1 S, Range 1 W of the Ute Meridian for a point of beginning; thence S 80°26' W 42.9'; thence N 89°57' W 128.7'; thence N 0°11' W 140.8'; thence S 69°28' E 185.5'; thence S 0°11' W 68.6' to the point of beginning; Mesa County, Colorado
