 VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT

  LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 6,

  BLOCK ONE, PTARMIGAN RIDGE NORTH SUBDIVISION

Recitals,

 This request for a 5 foot reduction in a utility easement will allow for a larger building envelope on this lot. The Grand Junction Planning Commission, at its July 11, 1995 hearing, recommended approval of this easement vacation.

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

 1.  That the following described easement portion is vacated: the south 5 feet of the 20 foot utility easement along the north portion of lot 6, block 1, Ptarmigan Ridge North Subdivision, City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado.
