CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO

 Ordinance No. 2856

REZONING LAND LOCATED AT 1060 GRAND AVENUE

 FROM PB TO RMF-64

Recitals:

In 1993 the property at 1060 Grand Avenue was rezoned from RMF-64 to PB to allow a professional office on the main floor of the existing house and retain four apartment units. The Planning Commission and City Council find that several conditions of approval for the rezoning have not been complied with. Therefore, as per section 7-5-7 of the Zoning and Development Code, the Planning Commission, at their July 11, 1995 hearing, and the City Council find that the zoning is subject to reversion to the original zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the land described below is hereby rezoned from PB (Planned Business) to RMF-64:

Lots 17, 18 and 19, Block 68, City of Grand Junction.

INTRODUCED for FIRST READING and PUBLICATION this 19th day of July, 1995.

PASSED on SECOND READING this 2nd day of August, 1995.

ATTEST:
