 VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT

 LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 4,

 BLOCK 3, PTARMIGAN RIDGE NORTH SUBDIVISION

Recitals.

 This 10 foot utility easement was mistakenly recorded on the subdivision plat. It serves no purpose and only affects the subject lot. At their October 3, 1995 hearing, the Grand Junction Planning Commission recommended approval of this easement vacation.

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT:

 1.  The following described easement is hereby vacated: 10 foot utility easement located on the west side of lot 4, block 3, Ptarmigan Ridge North Subdivision, City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado. The multi-purpose easement which overlaps this utility easement on the south side will remain intact and in full force.
