 REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE

 NORTHEAST CORNER OF GUNNISON AVENUE

 AND 28 1/4 ROAD IN THE DARWIN SUBDIVISION

 FROM C-2 TO PMH (PLANNED MOBILE HOMES)

 

Recitals.

 

 A rezone from C-2 (Heavy Commercial) to PMH (Planned Mobile Homes) has been requested for a property located on 28 1/4 Road, south of North Avenue, for a manufactured home rental park. At their December 5, 1995 hearing, the Grand Junction Planning Commission recommended approval of this rezone request. Council finds that the requested rezone meets the criteria as set forth in Section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 

 

 

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 That the land described below is hereby rezoned from C-2 to PMH (Planned Mobile Homes):

 

Lot 2, Darwin Subdivision; as recorded in Plat Book 12 at Page 303, in the office of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.

 

 

INTRODUCED for FIRST READING and PUBLICATION this 3rd day of January, 1996.
