ORDINANCE NO. 2974

 

REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1301 AND 1305 N. 7TH STREET

FROM RMF-32 TO PB (PLANNED BUSINESS)

 

Recitals:

 

 A rezoning has been requested for the properties located at 1301 and 1305 N. 7th Street from RMF-32 to PB (Planned Business) for a professional office building. The City Council has evaluated the request for conformance with section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code and finds it to be in conformance with the rezone criteria.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

 That the following lands are hereby rezoned to PB (Planned Business) for professional office use:

 

The north 50 feet of the South 250 feet of Lot 19 of Capitol Hill Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado and the North 50 feet of the South 200 feet of Lot 19 of Capitol Hill Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado.

 

Introduced on first reading this 18th day of December, 1996.
