REZONING LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF

HWY. 50 AND PALISADE STREET IN ORCHARD MESA

 

Recitals:

 

 A rezone from RMF-16 (Residential Multi-Family - 16 units per acre) to HO (Highway Oriented) located at the northeast corner of Highway 50 and Palisade Street to allow for development of a veterinary clinic and kennel. The Planning Commission at their March 4th meeting recommended approval of the rezone request.

 

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 That the land described below is hereby rezoned from from RMF-16 (Residential Multi-Family - 16 units per acre) to HO (Highway Oriented):

 

Beginning 15' W of NW cor of Lot 27 of Blk 22 of Orchard Mesa Heights, thence E along the North line of Lot 27 to a point 10' E of NE cor of Lot 27, thence N to a point 10' W of NW cor of the S1/2 of Lot 10 in Blk 22, thence E to NW cor of said S1/2 of Lot 10, thence S to the South line of Lot 19, Block 22, thence W to 15 feet W of the SW corner of Lot 20 of Block 22, thence N to the POB.
