REZONING LAND LOCATED AT THE NE CORNER OF F 1/2 ROAD AND 30 ROAD

 

Recitals:

 

 A rezone from RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - not to exceed 4 units per acre) to PR-3.4 (Planned Residential - 3.4 units per acre) located at the northeast corner of F 1/2 Road and 30 Road to allow for residential development. The Planning Commission at their March 10, 1998 meeting recommended approval of the rezone request.

 

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 That the land described below is hereby rezoned from RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - not to exceed 4 units per acre) to PR-3.4 (Planned Residential - 3.4 units per acre) :

 

The W 1/2 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian; EXCEPT the tract beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 4; thence South 200 feet; thence East 435.6 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence West 435.6 feet to the Point of Beginning.

 

INTRODUCED for FIRST READING and PUBLICATION this 18th day of March, 1998.

 

PASSED on SECOND READING this 1st day of April, 1998.
