VACATING A PORTION

OF AN ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY

Recitals:

 A request to vacate a portion of an unimproved alley right-of-way.

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY DESCRIBED BELOW IS HEREBY VACATED:

From NE corner of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 15, T1S, R1W of the Ute Meridian, S 420 59’ W for a distance of 178.4 feet, thence S 630 23’ W a distance of 56.3 feet to a Point of Beginning on south line of Lot 5, thence S 630 23’ W a distance of 44.64 feet, thence S 890 45’ W a distance of 48.09 feet, thence North 20 feet, thence N 890 45’ E a distance of 88 feet to the Point of Beginning. The parcel encompasses approximately 0.03 acres.
