REZONING LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WALNUT STREET AND N. 17TH STREET

Recitals:

 

 A rezone from RSF-8 (Residential Single Family) to RMF-16 (Residential Multi-family) located at the Northeast corner of Walnut Street and N.17th Street; Lots 1 and 2 of the Ott Minor Subdivision, the physical addresses for which are 2200 and 2202 N.17th Street. The Planning Commission at their February 9, 1999 meeting recommended approval of the rezone request. The City Council hereby finds that the rezone meets the criteria set forth in Section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 

 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 

 That the land described below is hereby rezoned from RSF-8 (Residential Single Family) to RMF-16 (Residential Multi-family):

 

 A parcel of land located the NE ¼ SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, of the CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, Mesa County Colorado, being more particularly described as:

 

   All of Lots 1 and 2, of the Ott Subdivision.

 

INTRODUCED for FIRST READING and PUBLICATION this 17th day of February, 1999.
