ORDINANCE ZONING THE ELITE TOWING ANNEXATION

TO A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (I-2) DISTRICT

Recitals:

 After public notice and public hearing as required by the Grand Junction Zoning and Development Code, the Grand Junction Planning Commission recommended approval of applying a heavy industrial (I-2) zone district to this annexation.

 After public notice and public hearing before the Grand Junction City Council, City Council finds that the I-2 zone district be established.

The City Council hereby finds that the rezone meets the criteria set forth in Section 4-4-4 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 The following parcel shall be zoned heavy industrial (I-2):

 Lot 1, of the 28 Road Industrial Park Subdivision, Mesa County, Colorado.

INTRODUCED for FIRST READING this 17th day of February, 1999.

PASSED and ADOPTED on SECOND READING this 3rd day of March, 1999.
