ZONING OF THE A STORAGE PLACE ANNEXTION

LOCATED AT 2980 NORTH AVENUE

 

Recitals:

 

 The A Storage Place Annexation consists of a 6.36 acre parcel of land at 2980 North Avenue. The proposed zoning is C-1 (Light Commercial), which is consistent with the Growth Plan. The Grand Junction Planning Commission, at its April 13, 1999 hearing, recommended approval of the C-1 zoning.

 

 The City Council finds that the zone of annexation complies with the criteria as set forth in section 4-4-4 and 4-11 of the Zoning and Development Code.

 

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION THAT THE A STORAGE PLACE ANNEXATION DESCRIBED BELOW IS HEREBY ZONED C-1:
